Provides super-thin sections for light microscopy

Sorvall JB-4 and JB-4A Microtomes provide thin sections with greater clarity, contrast and resolution than conventional microtomes for light microscopy. The JB-4 is manually operated. The JB-4A is motor driven with dial-in speed control and pushbutton control for single or continuous sectioning at speeds from 0.7 to 3.3 mm/s.
